ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
- You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
- If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country

In the event that an international shipment attracts customer duties and taxes, the customer will be required to pay the customs, duties and taxes on the order.

RETURNS INFO

PLEASE NOTE:

- 7 Day Return Policy - Please contact support@knoxxhair.com within 7 days of receiving your order, to process a return/exchange or refund. Items must be sent to the return address below within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Please allow approx 72hrs for your returned unit to be inspected before a refund is granted.
- We do not accept Returns for accidental purchases or mistaken selections of custom wig units. Such units are made from scratch with our time and effort, so please read product descriptions clearly before placing your order. 
- Orders can not be cancelled after 2hrs once placed.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Knoxx Hair, and the Cost of Re- Shipping MUST be covered by the customer.
- Any orders returned back to Knoxx Hair as undeliverable will be processed as a return
- Unfortunately, Knoxx Hair are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
- Knoxx Hair does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 
- All packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

-There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays

- Please note Knoxx Hair does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees

- Please kindly note that if you declined to pay your countries custom fees the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and a store credit will be issued. Any fees charged to Knoxx Hair for the return shipment will be deducted from your credit note.

- Please note Knoxx Hair does not operate on public holidays.
